Mt. HEBRON Baptist Church 8628 CR 301 Terrell, TX 75160 972/563-6441The following information is your ultimate progress report, summarizing the status of our planning efforts for Terrell’s Back to School Fair.
After our last meeting with Terrell ISD administrators, a joint decision was made to schedule 2 dates for the Back to School Fair. Hosting both events will give us a greater opportunity to serve more students: Terrell ISD students and other students who attend our churches and attend school in other school systems than Terrell ISD.

3. Students to Serve
Terrell ISD Students – there are 4,200 students in Terrell ISD, and school supplies have been secured for each and every student. Terrell ISD students may pick up their school supplies at the Back to School Fair held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If students do not pick up their school supplies at the Fair, the supplies will be delivered to their school. Students may pick up supplies at “open house” at their school or on the 1st day of school.
Non-Terrell ISD Students – we have approximately 800 students who attend our churches and who do not attend Terrell ISD. The Back to School Fair held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon is planned and hosted specifically for these students. These students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their school supplies.
We will provide school supplies, food, games and activities at both events.
4. Volunteer Attire
All volunteers should wear a lime green shirt at the Back to School Fair held on Thursday, August 14, 2014.
Please wear your church/ministry shirt if you are volunteering at the Back to School Fair held on Saturday, August 16,
5. Main Objective Please remember that our ultimate goal is to show unification between the school, city & churches unto our community that we service and that we are able to work as one unit toward one common goal and that is to see that our children succeed in the years to come.
Thank you for your partnership, service and prayers!
